3. Paid Plans & Verification Badges

  • Pricing & Tiered Packages: SL Gateway offers Free, Verified, and Featured listing tiers. The specific benefits and pricing of each tier are outlined on our submission page.
  • Verified Status: A “Verified” badge indicates that SL Gateway has completed a manual verification check on the provided business details. Verified status does not constitute a legal endorsement or guarantee of the listing owner’s services or commercial solvency.
  • Refund Policy: Fees paid for featured listings or verification services are non-refundable once the listing has been published or verified, except where required by law.

4. Third-Party Interactions & Disclaimer

  • Platform Role: SL Gateway acts solely as an informational directory and listing platform. We are not a party to any transactions, agreements, or disputes between site visitors, investors, and listed businesses or property owners.
  • No Warranty: While we strive to ensure data accuracy, SL Gateway provides the website “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee business outcomes, transaction safety, or uninterrupted service.

5. Intellectual Property
